The game's pretty fun so far, though there seems to be a marked lack of missions (aside from the specials) once the tutorial is complete.

Also, play with people if you can. Solo is fun, but I can see how playing with others would be much more so.

I do believe that they'll work on the missions later, but in other areas (most noticeably, transhub) there's a couple mission arcs.

I got in and messed around a bit, but got completely overwhelmed by the second mission. There were about twenty monsters chasing after me, half of them the big dudes. A single little dude stayed behind and killed the mission objective before it got even halfway through. Is it supposed to be mind-blowingly difficult, or am I doing it wrong?

That's an instance where it would be more fun to play with people. It's difficult to solo thumpers. I've always been lucky with them - a random passerby usually jumps in to help out a bit.

Don't you love that? The only sad part is that you can't get the crystite drops (Add me to yer friend's list!)
