Yeah. I signed up for it around 2 years ago. Someday they'll invite me, and it'll have been so long that I'll say "Firefall? What? Isn't that the people who made Archon? What's this?"

Looks shiny, but I'm turned off by the funky attacks. Like the guy with the hammer hitting the ground and making a shockwave, or the guy dropping from the sky and hitting the ground as an attack. Isn't the latter going to hurt you more than your enemies? Isn't the former just stupid WoW shit? Wish they would tone down the anime wushu crap, though since they have an "official manga" I guess that's what they were going for.

Oh well, here's holding out hope for Shadowrun Online.

The guy hitting the ground with a hammer is some funky way of finding resources. (It's called the "Scan Hammer", conspicuously similar to the "Ban Hammer".....)

What's this take, specifications-wise? If it's fairly CPU-intensive, I may have to pass, as it should be out come Christmas, when I'm upgrading.
