Drag the man upstairs, instructing my teammates to tie him up, and gag him.  Or kill him, I don't particularly care.

Then, hide behind a corridor or something, wait for the other guard to come back, and knock him out as well.

I close the attic hatch behind James so that even if he fails, the bandits won't find us up here.
You close the hatch by.. [3] Shutting it.

Drag the man upstairs, instructing my teammates to tie him up, and gag him.  Or kill him, I don't particularly care.

Then, hide behind a corridor or something, wait for the other guard to come back, and knock him out as well.

[2] You climb a little ways and drop him. THUNK. You hear the other guard coming back up the stairs. You position yourself next to the stairs, and get ready to knock him out. He makes it up and you swing. [2] You miss.

Helia will check her revolver, and then support any people going on an offense.
[5] You charge the guard. He stumbles backward and tries to shout. You take him out first.

>Drink beer, wait.
You do so.

Wait with James for the other guard to show up. When he does, attack him with the knife.
You charge with Helia, [5] You slice open his throat.

You all hear more shots from outside.

I climb down out of the attic and drag one of the unconscious guards back up there. I look around for something to tie him up with and tell the others not to kill this one, but they can do what they want to the others.

Sneak over to the guy in the doorway and knock him out with my bat.  If I succeed, I shall proceed in tying them up with rope that I am certain is somewhere around the house.  We'll take to a vote if we want to kill these guys, or just leave them here for the Z's.

[7]You lift the guard into the attic and look for something to tie him up with. [2] You can't find anything.

Helia will quietly search the house, for...Well, anything. Grab things of worth, and try to find some kind of back-pack, as well. We'll need it! Take one of the guard's 9mm, and anything on him. Leave the other one to the...Uh, others in the room.
[6] You find a shotgun and a box of 8 mixed shells. You also find a first aid kit. [6] You manage to find a duffel bag and backpack, you toss the shells in and sling the shotgun on your back. You also grab one of the 9mm pistols, as well as [5] as 5 loose bullets and a two-way radio.

Sneak over to the guy in the doorway and knock him out with my bat.  If I succeed, I shall proceed in tying them up with rope that I am certain is somewhere around the house.  We'll take to a vote if we want to kill these guys, or just leave them here for the Z's.
[3] You knock him out with a solid CLUNK. Your bat gains a dent. Searching around the house you manage to find [5] 20 feet of good rope. The rest is probably in the stable. [4] You tie him up pretty well.

[2] Nobody ever tells you anything. [1] You can't hear anything [4] Through the window you see the stable across the front yard. You also see [5] 2 zombies approching. They must have heard the shots, more will be on the way. You estimate that you have five minutes before they get here.

Sneak down to the door along with James to attack the guard.
[2] You try and help James, but narrowly duck the bat as you step into the way.

I assume Davo tells me about the zombies seeings as we are alone in the attic (apart from the unconscious man). I drop the guard down the attic hatch, then I carry my chainsaw and knife with me as I climb down. I start looking around the place for wooden furniture to cannibalize and use for barricades. I use my carpentry skills to barricade all the doors and windows with whatever wood I find. I also tell the others I changed my mind about the guard and that they can kill him if they want.
