I climb down out of the attic and drag one of the unconscious guards back up there. I look around for something to tie him up with and tell the others not to kill this one, but they can do what they want to the others.
[7]You lift the guard into the attic and look for something to tie him up with. [2] You can't find anything.
Helia will quietly search the house, for...Well, anything. Grab things of worth, and try to find some kind of back-pack, as well. We'll need it! Take one of the guard's 9mm, and anything on him. Leave the other one to the...Uh, others in the room.
[6] You find a shotgun and a box of 8 mixed shells. You also find a first aid kit. [6] You manage to find a duffel bag and backpack, you toss the shells in and sling the shotgun on your back. You also grab one of the 9mm pistols, as well as [5] as 5 loose bullets and a two-way radio.
Sneak over to the guy in the doorway and knock him out with my bat. If I succeed, I shall proceed in tying them up with rope that I am certain is somewhere around the house. We'll take to a vote if we want to kill these guys, or just leave them here for the Z's.

3] You knock him out with a solid CLUNK. Your bat gains a dent. Searching around the house you manage to find [5] 20 feet of good rope. The rest is probably in the stable. [4] You tie him up pretty well.

Sneak down to the door along with James to attack the guard.
[2] You try and help James, but narrowly duck the bat as you step into the way.
