You know not what B12 has survived. Nevertheless, it'll still self destruct in a few days.

We just set Longland Grass on fire. This will end gloriously.

Sleep now. When awoken, go to the stream, drink some water, wash your face, perhaps pick some fireberries and eat them, then apply a spear to a slender tree, repeatedly, as if cutting it down. Interrupt spearing said tree if anything interesting is sighted.

Go to sleep. In the morning go spear fishing and cook what we catch (if anything) on the fire.

If the grass rope really is strong enough to use with a spear: we could cut a notch in the end of a straight-ish branch; get some tree sap as some kind of adhesive for the spearhead; stick the sharpened rock into the notch and tie it around with the rope. Bam, flimsy primitive spear. And if we're feeling ballsy, you could try to carve out an atlatl to launch the spear at targets.

Apologies, I didn't add the rope in-game. Done so now.

Also, you made the spear with a bundle of longland grass, not the rope. :)

Turn 9
Midday

You gather some more of the longland grass and some branches and add it to your
burgeoning flame. Soon after, it is a roaring source of light and heat. You then
grab some larger rocks from the stream and encircle your Basic Fire to create a Firepit.

You attempt to search for more substantial food - but beyond your fire, you can not see
your nose in front of your eyes for the darkness.

You then lie down to sleep, reflecting on the eventful day. You've not done too bad, considering.

You awaken the next morning to the sounds of the forest. The weather is foggy and theres a stuffy
chill in the air. You can barely see ten feet (3~ meters?) in front of you. Your fire is dead.

You go to the stream and drink some water, then splash your face. The water is ice cold.
You look about the forest edge near the stream for any more of those fireberries - and indeed,
find a bush full of them. You eat your fill and leave the bush be thereafter, with plenty more still
hanging.

You begin to hack at a tree with your spear, and after a few hits, find it is having very
little effect. You stop, for worry of cracking the spear. However from this, you discover
the tree is bleeding. The liquid is sticky and tastes exquisite. You attempt to stick a sharp stone from
the stream to a branch from a nearby tree and leave it to set for a while.

You go to the stream and attempt to spear some fish. You spend the rest of the morning
doing this. By midday, the fog has not lifted, and you have caught very little. With your inglorious
catch, you relight the Firepit and cook them.

You come back to your sap experiment and find it has solidified.
You then wrap some Longland grass about the joint and dry some
sap over it once again. You now have a second spear.

Gather materials to build a treehouse.

I'd imagine you'd need boards to build a treehouse. Not to mention some advanced tools for making the boards.

Let's start chopping trees and making ropes to build a raft, then gather some provisions and travel down the river to civilization.

Get a large flat rock and sharpen one end. Then hammer it into the trunk of a tree using another rock until the tree is chopped.

I want to take a look into the stream to see our reflection. How wide is the stream anyway? it looks pretty narrow I doubt we can get good fish from a narrow stream.

Maybe we should walk down the stream to see if it merges with a proper river or something.

Sorry, I should have mentioned earlier. Or moreso, I meant to; one pixel is one meter. So, it's one meter across.

Cut the tree down with the sturdy spear! No danger of breaking, I guess. If it breaks, we've always got more sap. Sap is now an universal problem solver.

The stress caused by the blow required to cause damage would overpower and shatter the spear, due to the length of the shaft.
