Ferragan is a multi-dimensional RTD- but nothing like Multiworld Madness. In Ferragan, you are part of the Agency, a massive agency spread out across the dimensions that attempts to protect the dimensions and learn their secrets, and the secrets of the factions in them. However, the Agency also has its secrets- the Agency's true name is hidden to all but its highest ranking members, not a reasonless move. Faced with enemies such as the other-dimensional Infection and Steel Agers, the hedonistic group Zaifram that also has access to dimensional technology, named after its founder, groups that even the Agency knows very little of, and looming threats noone's discovered, the agents must move among the dimensions to protect them, learn their secrets, the secrets of the other groups, and maybe even of their own...
Also, a little bit of backstory
The scientist James S. Ferragan discovered something. A kind of space not in our own, when testing a new kind of energy detection device. Poking into it a little further, he suspected it was a fourth dimension in the spatial sense, something often theorized on. But when he presented his own theories, he was laughed off. However, a group of scientists and other people were in fact interested in the idea. They studied it further and found that maybe it was not a fourth dimension but a space between dimensions, which they named Ferragan Space. They even had managed to create an experimental form of travel through it. They realized from here that the dimensions were near-infinite in number, but gaining resources from the dimensions, they became less of a science group and more of a government themselves, the Ferragan Association. They eventually sought to eliminate evil form the world, but their aggression saw them eventually eliminated utterly as they twisted into a beast of an organization.
However, from there, new organizations arose, like the Agency, to take missions similar but yet quite different to that of the Ferragan Association across the dimensions.
Onto the rules:
Combat works with a simple attack roll and defense roll.
Ranges in Combat:
Melee: 0-3 yards.
Short: 4-10 yards.
Medium: 11-80 yards
Long: 81-200 yards
Very Long: 201-500 yards
Ultra Long: 501+ yards
Also worth noting is that there are five Ages of equipment:
Caveman, Medieval, Modern, Future, and Far Future they're all equal don't ask me why.
Stats:
Stats are the simple part. Per 8 Points you put into a stat, you gain a +1 to associated rolls. You start with 24 points.
The stats are:
Physical Stats, the ones that affect physical actions.
Strength: Increases max weight load by 10 pounds and a +1 to Strength-based Rolls.
Dexterity: Gives a +1 to both Athletic Rolls and Dexterity Rolls.
Constitution: Gives 25 extra life and +1 to Constitution Rolls.
Mental Stats, which mostly have to do with magic.
Intelligence: Gives +1 to intelligence-gathering rolls and mental rolls such as computer operation.
Wisdom: Gives a +1 to all will and Observation Rolls.
Charisma: Gives a +1 to all social rolls.
