That's actually a fairly good first attempt at shading. There are spots that need more light and dark areas, but it's a definite improvement.

That's much better than the beginning! Your linework and shading got much clearer and bolder, you should continue doing it like that. The claw looks great, the contrast is what's doing it for me.

Also, where is the bag of holding from? I think I remember seeing it in Nethack and the HoMM series, but it generated money only in the later.

Bag of Holding is a classic D&D item that worked it's way around to other series. Even thinkgeek sells one, but it isn't extra-dimensional or magical.

I've been trying to do more with less colours so I tried to use only four colours to make a landscape.

I thought I wouldn't be able to finish colouring this today but I was wrong. I finished with 4 minutes to spare.

I finally got MEIOU to work today and I decided to draw the flag for Milan.

Did you know that Milan's coat of arms is a giant snake eating a child? I didn't.
