New Creature/Entity - Clakars, the Flying Monkeys!

Because every fort should be occasionally bothered by aerosimians!

Nothing major to see here; I essentially made a hybrid of kobolds and rhesus macaques and gave them wings.  They're not likely to pose a serious threat to any established fortress, but their ability to fly does allow them to circumvent traditional 2D defences.  This should result in some fun times, so I figured I'd share with the rest of the community.

I'd like to consider these little guys finished, but I originally wanted them to fling their own filth ([FILTH_B] if it still exists) at defenders, but the new CAN_DO_INTERACTION stuff is something I haven't touched yet, so that might take a while to figure out.  I'll decrypt it eventually and likely update the entry at that time.

Instructions:
1) Put the following in a file named "creature_flyingmonkey.txt" and drop it into the raw/objects folder.

2) Put the following in a file called "entity_flyingmonkey.txt", and put it in the raw/objects file.

3) Regen a new world and enjoy!
