Scelly, I live in nuke-meth-labs land as well. It's somewhat morbid to see all these methheads, then every so often, one comes in with horrific burns on their arms or something. Very rarely, but it's happened before. :x

Same goes for the midwest or great plains states.  Indiana has at least one child die almost every year in exorcisms...

There are some small towns around here where I'm pretty sure meth represents the entire economy.  Last two accounts I've heard from people who are still connected with the place I grew up from ages 8-16 say that's pretty much how it is there now.
