The stupid part was that they advertised a special parking pass for faculty and staff who want to be environmentally friendly. By only being allowed to park in the furthest lot from campus, you'll be able to get more exercise and decrease on-campus pollution!
Wait seriously?

That's a major wat.

My school sent out an email today about parking. It was full of stupid.

They made the parking spots closest to the classroom buildings into faculty/staff only spots, which makes parking worse for the students. Oh well. The stupid part was that they advertised a special parking pass for faculty and staff who want to be environmentally friendly. By only being allowed to park in the furthest lot from campus, you'll be able to get more exercise and decrease on-campus pollution!

How about a desk on the wall that's shaped like a palm?

It is astounding what insanity normal seeming people will hold to as fact. :/
Always remember: Normal and sane are two entirely separate concepts.

My head, it does palm?

"My head", "Palm [toward/to] face".
Neither one is a grammatical sentence.

(Your sentence would be "Caput meum, palmam facit")

My people got invaded to death. There's probably less than a million of us left (including those of us who are more everything else than Cherokee. I'm mostly white, but I still count.)

It must feel strange knowing your people invaded your people to death :P

It's quite the odd sensation, part of me seeing a minority angry over some injustice and going, "Yeah, fuck white people!" and the rest of me going, "Uh, hello? You're in that club, mister."

Go back ~1000 years, and "my people" were looting and pillaging "my people".

1000 years ago my people were fighting my not-people, while my other people traveled the silk road making strong babies and moving into other people's countries for centuries. A millennium later my fighty-people move in with my other people who moved their before them with not-my people (but the not-my people left), becoming best bro-peoples, until WWII happened and my people lost to not-my people and my other peoples had to throw out the invading not-my people. In the aftermath once the not-my people had been pushed out, my people had time to focus on each other.
My people split into communist me-peoples and people-peoples and had a civil war which my other fighty-peoples stepped into, to help the people-peoples fight the communist me-peoples. The fighty peoples and the people-peoples won.
And that's how the world was made!
