I've never been further north than Akureyri. In retrospect that's pretty far north :U but three weeks in Iceland and I never even saw one lingonberry-ish food item. They had good hot dogs though.

When I go to university I plan to buy lots of potatoes, fruit and sausage. And oatmeal for breakfast - one big bag of brown sugar is all it takes to turn tons of oatmeal edible (chocolate chips optional).

Is this feasible, you guys?

Seriously. Lingonberry. You really should now of it. It's the best berry ever. Goes with everything. Especially mashed potatoes. Also meatballs. Nobody eats reindeer, though, elk is where it's at. And that's the real elk. Which Americans would call a moose.

Also, "on" means berry, so Englishspeakers practically get double the berry with lingonberry. IT'S THE BEST DEAL EVER GET SOME NOW.

IIRC getting hydrogen that way is actually a really good idea if we ever graduate to fusion power. Though yeah, burning it back to water is going to result in a net loss.

no. it does not. go read a physics book. you get more energy out of burning hydrogen than you need to make it from water, which is why it can power cars and makes huge explosions in the lab.
