Is the Smile Shot thing really necessary? Couldn't they have just put a trigger? It is really funny how you can take out all your enemies just by smiling, though.
I love how they say the LOHAS thing only hits the target "from time to time".

I was referring to the tendency of movie mechs being designed in such a way that you can beat them by having them trip on a rope.

There are weirder control systems out there. Valve experimented with tongue control for example.
