You'd also need to add armor, obviously.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

And a better engine. Top speed of 7mph isn't going to cut it.

And a better weapons platform. No use adding guns everywhere if it can't hit anything.

In short, make it cost as much as one of these tanks.

Honestly, it looks like a car with wheel legs and some 'arms' hanging off the side. It's more of a toy than a serious thought in making a combat-ready vehicle. Saying it's a proof of concept is even a stretch.

In summary, it needs a cloaking device and a jet pack.

In summary, it needs a cloaking device, a jet pack, and boob missiles.
Fix'd for Japan.

Smiling?

Smiling?

... What's wrong with point-and-shoot? Or the good ol' trigger? State-of-the-art face-recognizing targetting devices?

I bet they ripped the tech from a camera.

In summary, it needs an advanced cloaking device, a jet pack, boob missiles, and a ridiculous non-standard paint job.
Fix'd for Japan.

Can they make one that recognizes woodchucks as a target so it can go out in the garden?

The problem with smile-based fire systems is that once you start you can't stop.

The fact that there even is a prototype Japanese robotic suit make me worry that we're now slated to come under attack by aliens. Or monsters. Or alien monsters. The saving grace is that Kuratas (the inventor, not the robot) is still pretty young. He needs to be old, grizzled and absent-minded before we get really nervous.

Well...  did that build a backup Tokyo plan that was proposed a while back go through?
