So, looking through the combat reports I get this



Unless Wikipedia has screwed me over (and that is likely), the spleen is "located in the left upper quadrant of the abdomen".

A gorlak is "A small, round humanoid form... Most of its body is taken up by a huge tusked mouth"

Is that mouth big enough to count a headshot as a spleen bruising too? Or is this just one of the many unexplainable phenomenon in DF?

A Gorlak's head is its upper body and lower body, so this is completely normal.
