Well I don't see anything about him looking into the hole in the wall. We looked into the gear hole but this one looks different, like a starry void.

EDIT: Retconned all of that.  Apparently Dex DID talk about it and I didn't see.

Because the only room that we seem to have missed...is the Yellow door.

And Cora can use her meta skills to spot the three trechcoat-types anyway, so there's that.
