Guess what? The circle where Kaina was, right after her death, turned dark.

Now that's foreshadowing.  :D
Well, not our fault. On the bright side, it is a great reason for avoiding team-killing, since you might be dooming yourself as well.
Her circle turned dark when she was claimed by the reaper, not when we mercy-slaughtered her... and by we I mean you.

Yeah, he's a banned spammer. Normally we'd delete this thread too, but people were having too much fun with it by the time we got here.

Seuche simply stepped off and took a rest by dropping into the Grim Chest. That just puts her in a side queue where the "lives" aren't affected.

Think of it as going on vacation.

How's the vacation work? She (he) go to the end of the wait list?

no, goes to a separate list, the chest list.

If someone (person1) jumps into the chest, Seuche can come out if she wants to. If not, the next one on the waitlist is tossed out. This would get the new someone (person1) into spot 2 on the chest list, meaning Seuche has to pop out before letting out the new someone (person1). Of course, if someone else (person2) jumps into the chest and Seuche isn't around, then the someone (person1) from before is let out instead.

Does that make any sense?

...as far as I can tell, it works like this:

There's effectively two lists - the people who played earlier and jumped into the Grim Chest of their own volition, and the people who are still in the wait list in the OP.

The former list works just the same as the latter - it's just that the people in the former are considered first before those in the latter.  Jumping into the Grim Chest means that they are put at the end of the former list.

If there's an opening on the current team, then the people in the former list are given the option to come out.  It operates on a first-in-first-out basis.  If the player opts to stay in the chest, the next person in the list is considered.  If nobody in the Grim Chest list wants to come back into play, then and only then are the people in the OOC OP considered.

Tis' alive once again
This piece of master art
My song shall echo now forthwith
The essence of unending joy~

Oh, sing ye people!
Sing of the bells!
Sing of the heroes where
They enter the tunnel hell!

Oh, see now the Reaper,
Scheming in disdain.
His end shall come hitherto
When Dawn shall come again!~

Buh, speed poetry...There goes 3 happy minutes.  :P

Well, there goes any sort of competition there might have been for two competing bards...

"Come one come all,
for the show's about to start,
all are welcome, big and small,
see the wonderful art.

In this land by Dex,
a story named ACOS resides,
you might see a hex,
but to you, none that applies.

A wonderful tale,
of mystery and death,
where heroes may fail,
and enemies take breathe.

Where I reside,
but only for now,
because I bide,
to receive endow.

But where I may fall,
no one does know,
but great Dex shall,
make me road show."

Hmm, that last line took a little bit of work...

I'm sorry - I keep reading that "breathe" as breathe - as in, "Breathe, man!  Breathe!" - instead of as breath - as in, "With his last breath" - which kinda breaks the whole rhyming scheme.

Edit ~2 and a half hours later
While, yes, I know I'm not exactly in this thing, I'm pretty sure that, if I was, Sonic woulda said...

Secondary Edit ~ 5 minutes after last
...I may or may not be as impatient as Sonic.;  But, well... I guess it's a whole lot better than a punomenon...
