Yes, I have. So when you are not near anyone, you can advance to claim places, send a scout group, or Air-strike, and when you are within 5 space, you can send the medium scale attack, and full out attack when you're right next to another guy?

I choose to advance South-West.
Plus, the Map and your Avatar are busted.

EDIT: Bukit, if I control Minnesota (which judging by the OP, I do), I should hold those two counties in the East-Central part of the state that are currently labeled as unclaimed.
