"It used to be, and still is, the Keep of Bloodstained Dreams. At least while it was the hideout of our cell. Which is what Prodith betrayed. As for the why, it would be that the place got to her, and didn't seek relief by leaving. Happened at about the time the stairs downward appeared."
"...I do not like the look of this door. What say you, Larry? Open it?"
The skeleton stood there, examining the door blocking his path and seemingly mumbling to himself in his dry, raspy voice.
"Ehh, I suppose it couldn't hurt. Especially not someone without pain receptors."
With a sound like dry parchment tearing-- A chuckle?-- Trael stepped fowards to push the door.
>Unless Larry has any objections, open the door!
"I for one think the door is an absolute beauty as it is."
You push the door open, moving into the room beyond. It is a large, circular stone room, in the center of which is the staircase you came down from. You see several doors, but before you can count any of them, you note two black globs of slime oozing into your general direction.

Rorrim blinked as he passed the figure and examined the next room.
Was that a corpse?!
Head back to that corpse.
"Why are you dead?!"
But before that, open the right-most door and peer inside.
You peek into the nearest room to your right. Seems like it used to be a personal chamber and shrine combined, ages ago. Then you head back down asking the dead creature why it is dead. "Because I was killed."
Walk towards the bend in the hallway, tapping the wall along the way.
You tap the wall as you move to the bend, hearing nothing out of the ordinary. At the bend, you see that the corridor continues some length before ending, probably where the gate is at.
