"Good idea, Queen." Aidan replied as he hefted one of the bows right next to the merchant for trade later on. "It's that depression in the land past the grove of trees, the open soil. That used to be a lake. And I forgot that you've spent your mana on healing us all.

"I guess it's time I repaid you."

(ACTION): Replace Cancerous bow with 10 Tomes and buy 1 MANA/MAGIC UPGRADE FROM DING.

"And speaking of that, I'd think we can easily trade off the Nutrition Paste as well as one of our tomes, including one of our unused white bows for three items in return from the Doorman, other than what REGIS is buying."

If possible, trade with the Doorman!

> 1 White Regular Bow
> 1 Blue Tome (hopefully from Bowser so as not to disrupt the numbering :P)
> 1 Nutrition Paste

FOR

> 1 Iron Lump
> That silver-ish key
> Chained Crate

Turn 16, Day 2, ???

REGIS and Aidan approach the bell of heroes, as Queen wanders over to Aidan. REGIS pays his tribute in Tones and powers up his Fortitude.

Even as a golem, he could feel the plates reinforce, the connections strengthen! It was a feeling that was almost alien to him, but he enjoyed it to it's utmost extend. Soon, the bell stopped ringing, and he felt great.

Aidan stepped up, he had business with the bell too.

He purchased a Mana Part upgrade, and as soon as the bell started ringing, his body was overcome with a rush of energy! He felt his entire potential increasing, as he ascended to the next level!

Aidan is now Level 2: Heartbroken lone-HEY!! Thats not very nice!

Meanwhile, Nikolai is quenching his hunger with a tube of nutty paste, while he makes his way to the Bell of Heroes.

Dell manages to sneak by the critter, as it glitches around again. Hoo-wee, he does NOT want to look at that thing anymore, he is already pretty nauseous.

Bowser is zoning out.

Hmm... There's a glitch in the viewer, but Nikolai should have moved upwards to the bell.

Nikolai purchased a Fortitude upgrade, and felt his body strengthening. The cellbonds grew stronger, the muscle tissue more lean, he felt great and powerful for but a mere moment as the bell tolled! The feeling subsided once more and he wandered back to the Cube and opened the Bell of Heroes menu:

Still looks like how it looked last time it was open. You have not located any new tech that fits in these slots.

REGIS picks up the open treasure chest.

Cora is debating with the Doorman about a trade of items!

: "I accept your offer of white instrument and shiny disk! Here, take the heavy stone and locked crate!"

Cora made a successful trade!

As Aidan is leading Queen to the water, he decides to go shopping instead, much to the confusion of Queen. He tries to barter away another bow and Tone to the Doorman.

: "Friend, I appreciate the offer, but I only want one of anything that you can find. Duplicates is such a bad word... I do not like the number two either. Simply put, I only want a singular thing, no doubles."

Well that's a shame.

Dell has located a treasure chest! I wonder what's inside?

REGIS then comes up with the open treasure chest and wants to trade it for the controller:

: "Hohoh! How fancy! It doesn't even have a white outline! Here, please! Take it!"

: "UH, WHITE OUTLINE?"

: "Ah, how silly of me. Don't mind my meanderings, I am simply gitty about this container cube!"

: "ALRIGHT THEN...?"

REGIS made a successful trade!

: "Another hero has been located! Prepare for entry!"

The grim chest springs open as a brutish man is tossed out and lands on his face soon thereafter.

[Action] Open the chest. If I can, explore that bit of piping and what may be a small floating rock over to the left.

"Hooee, treasure!" Dell grins. A sight naught seen since last Hallows eve. He briefly remembers Merasmus and his cavalcade of magic. Shaking his head, he advances. [/color=red]"Lets see what we got..."[/color]

[Action] Get back on your feet and reorient yourself.

Garek lifted his head out of the dirt, and quickly moved back to his feet. "Alright, made it to the afterlife... No, wait. Hm. The triumphant grin faded from Garek's face as memory flowed back. He had not made it to the afterlife. He'd somehow been transported to some... Hub plane, or something. He'd been with a group of...? A group of some people, at any rate.

And all of his gear was missing. Again. "Dammit."

[ACTION] Dump bartered items into cube. Greet newcomer. [later] Buy agg and for upgrades.

"There, now nobody can't say I never did nothing for the group. And speaking of, we got a newby!"

Cora meanders over to the newcomer, attempting to give him a hand up.

"Welcome, to the land of... here! No alarms, but you are dead, but if you've been here before you should know that already, in fact we should skip straight to introductions! I am Cora Tealeaf, halfling bard at your service! And you?"

Garek shook Cora's offered hand. "Garek Vitrowa, professional adventurer of the Ironbelt dwarf clan. Nice to meet you." Garek crossed his arms and looked around, frowning. "I... seem to recall being told I was only mostly dead last time. I'm sort of fuzzy on the details of that though. And most everything else I suppose."

Queen, walking back around after seeing that Aidan got distracted, caught a glimpse of the conversation.

: "Not being mean. But just saying, makes two fun-sized adventurers with silly sounding titles now. Cora, what was about a lone Human not being enough for you?"

Actually, totally being mean.

: "Pardon my intrusion. Can call me Queen, but titles don't matter much here, do they?"

Action: Bowser moves toward the dried up lake

The fruit had helped a little, but not enough it seemed. He was still thirsty, and needed to find something more and soon. But there were also other things that needed doing. He had an inventory full of tones that could be used for bettering himself. There was also a new one to join their group, as Sadie had grown tired, and returned to the grim chest. Note to self, keep an eye on Aidan. He seemed quiet for a while after Sadie left, but it might not have fully sunk in yet. First things first though. Aidan mentioned water to the south, and he was still very thirsty. Purchasing upgrades could wait, basics first.

"Hey Aidan, we've gotta get to that water. Where'd ya say that lake was? I can dig it up easy I bet," Bowser said, lumbering in the direction Aidan had indicated before.

(ACTION) Grab that crystal! Bring it back to the camp for item crafting. REGIS has a project in mind.

"JUST A SUGGESTION, MY REPTILIAN FRIEND, BUT WOULDN'T IT BE MORE TIME EFFICIENT TO COMMAND LIFT TO DIG A WELL AT THE DESIGNATED LOCATION? FOR NOW, I BELIEVE THE CONSTRUCTION OF OUR LIVING QUARTERS CAN WAIT IF IT MEANS HAVING A STEADY SUPPLY OF FRESH WATER."

REGIS then took notice of Cora chatting with a person whom he had never seen before.

"WELL WELL! WE HAVE A NEWCOMER! WELCOME GOOD SIR. I'M CERTAIN YOU WILL FIT RIGHT-"

A thought made the golem freeze, then he took off running towards the broken Time Stamp Crystal to grab it.

"APOLOGIES! INTRODUCTIONS WILL HAVE TO WAIT! THIS IS IMPORTANT!"

(ACTION) Move to the lake and wait to drink some water. If no water appears, try getting and eating spirer fruits from the trees.

Nikolai turned to the newcomer before dashing off to get some water.
: "Pleased to meet you. Nikolai Amsel, and I am thirsty, excuse me."

"Hey steve." You speak into the air.

"Could you guys also make a hamburger out of this arm when they cut it off? I wanted to eat it just for the sake of tasting it."
>That is horrible and disgusting. It will no doubt set you apart and create fear in your team mates. So of course.

"A dwarf! How could I not see it. Tell me, how do you manage on the road without a constant supply of dwarven brewed ale? I've always wanted to know, but could never find a dwarf actually doing some adventuring. Seeing as you're here, you must have been out doing something!"

"Hey now, there aint no size like fun size... Fun size just happens to change depending on ones expectations..."

(ACTION): Deposit Cancerous Bow in Cube! Begin leading the Expedition for LAKE REVIVAL!

If possible, request from Cube or any of the Uniqs for writing implements, including parchment or any type of paper.

"The lake is dried up. We have to revive it. Follow me all of you, we're restoring water to this place - freshwater or salt, I believe we're meeting the former unless something polluted the area."

Garek smiled. "No, they sure don't. Nice to meet ya."

A thought made the golem freeze, then he took off running towards the broken Time Stamp Crystal to grab it.

Garek watched with bemusement as two of the group greeted him, then hurried away. "...They seem friendly enough. What's the white and green guy? He some kind of Warforged?"

"A dwarf! How could I not see it. Tell me, how do you manage on the road without a constant supply of dwarven brewed ale? I've always wanted to know, but could never find a dwarf actually doing some adventuring. Seeing as you're here, you must have been out doing something!"

Garek smiled, clearly pleased, and not realizing that Cora had made a joke. "You might find this hard to believe, but a lot of people I meet don't believe I'm a dwarf at first. I don't understand why. You'd think they could take me at my word. As for how I do without, well... I suppose the real reason is that I'm not picky. If it's booze, I'll drink it. Unless it's extremely foul and I've had something recently."

"So. Are there any spare swords? I'm talented with my fists, but I'll be able to fight better with a pair of blades in my hand."

"A warforged? Why hadn't I thought of that, but yes, in a sense that's exactly what he is. He's a medic though, but he still serves the unkillable aspect. As for spare swords, I think not, but we might find one soon."

(ACTION) Deposit the tongue in the cube. Then quickly scout the fogged-up area south-southeast of the cube.

: "Hmm... while thirsty, looks like Aidan has it under control. Hey, call when you find water, if you do! Going scouting."
