Apologies if this is too wide to read nicely.

GRAPHICS PACK TRANSLATION FOR THE ASCII-ILLITERATE:
1. Embark with two miners, a mason, a woodworker, a fisherdwarf, a farmer and a jeweler. They're all holding stuff related to their jobs (miners with picks, fisherdwarf with fish, mason with coffer etc.)
2. All the items increase in quantity.
3. A giant wave of farmer migrants arrive, along with one more fisherdwarf and a noble.
4. The migrant wave now has all the furniture they need, too, and the original farmer is now a military dwarf with a weapon. For some reason, an engraver has showed up.
5. A vile force of darkness arrives, and every farmer is killed, including the military one.
6. The goblins are repelled as the rotting farmers generate miasma, but all the others survive and it looks as if the fort can recover.
7. Clowns appear. The decomposing noble sits atop a throne of rot and miasma. Only the engraver remains, clouded from view by the billowing miasma, the only one left who will record this sordid tale.

I'm trying to read it...... but am I right in saying its a starting 7 with miners, farmer fisher, gem and mason? slowly expanding with lots of useless dorfs and the industries being set up,can't read the third one, but I guess the last 3 stages involve a goblin siege, deaths, and the last appears to be miasma......

Miner, miner, carpenter, fisherman, farmer, ranger(I think so, dark green is ranger), mason

From there, it expands into wood being cut, more fish, coffers and cabinets. Beds made, and eventually some doors. A goblin siege inevitably arrives giving you miasma, then... DUN DUN DUN

Wow this totally sums up how I feel about releasing thw HFS

Strange question Gomba.

But, is that you Duane or have I mistaken you for someone else?

No, it's not. It is a mystery.

Anyway, that guy's actually a jeweler, but I forgot to use the sixteen web colors for him properly. He's "green" instead of "lime" like he should be :(

So yes.
I found your hidey hole Duane, I can totally see why you'd hang out at Bay12 instead of that shithole of Dead Frontier.

Minor nitpick: Masons are white, Miners are light grey, and Metalsmiths are dark gray.

It's amazing how dwarves can make a stack of bones completely waterproof and magmaproof.
It's amazing how they can make an entire floodgate out of the bones of 2 cats.

Looks like a dead noble to me.
You are referring to the last frame, right?

This is a side-effect of dwarven animal training (hit animal with hammer until it forgets that it hates you, then lovingly cuddle it).

I'm not your average Bay12er. I care about my drunken midgets.

It is indeed a dead noble.

I plan to make "Reclaim" and "Evil" versions of this next :P
