Mr.Dwarfinton: Do you think we will nab scum on first day ? Why/Why not ?

I don't believe we will because basically everyone is new.

Boltur: Whats the point of that question towards KF? A reason is a reason.
Kingfisher: If you had to kill someone as town how would you choose that person?
Deathsword: If your scum buddy was about to be lynched would you try to save him or would you let him get lynched? If you were town and someone you knew was a doctor was about to be lynched would you try to save that person, if so how?

In both situations I'd question those pressing for their lynch, trying to make them doubt their reasons.

Boltur:
Don't you think it would be a big blow to your team especially on day 1 ? Other question : Would you rather want a doc or cop in game?
Losing a teammate in day 1 is always a big blow to the team. I'd go for cop, if I could choose.

Hapah:
Deathsword.
Yes? Do you have a question for me?

Jim: I would probably extend and try to convince someone whose reasons are weak. On first day i think it would be harder to convince someone i guess but it's worth a try. I would do it (extending) for sure if voter focused only on some kind of single minor slip on excuse it's first day. Well at least that's what seemed pretty common in few mafia games i read.

Alright.

Let's shake up the scenario a bit. What would you do if you thought the person up for lynch was strongly town, and what would you do if you thought he was weakly town?

Dariush:
Deathsword, if you were town, whom among the non-ICs would you most prefer on town side?
Borno.

Why?

Jim, How do you like to determine who is scum in the first day?

By scumhunting.

Paying close attention to everything everyone says, asking questions about anything odd that comes up, doing selective rereads to examine a player, looking for inconsistencies, aggressively questioning people, trying to get them to slip up and do something revealing, are all excellent ways to find scum.

Mostly because of all the players here, he was the only one I played with. Hapah only joined the last BM after I was lynched, so I couldn't get any interaction with him.

I don't believe we will because basically everyone is new.
How the fact we're new at this makes it less likely to find scum ? And does it change your scumhunting plan for today somehow ?

Boltur: Whats the point of that question towards KF? A reason is a reason.
So you say all reasons are equal ? That's pretty silly assumption. Please explain that.

Jim: In the first case first i would make myself clear why i think someone is town and then reread the attackers post to make sure there's nothing fishy going on. If i would find anything inconsistent then well it's time to press that person a bit more. If i couldn't find anything like that i would probably ask the person with weakest reasons why he thinks it's enough and try to convince him otherwise. In the second situation i would probably let it go it's own way and just focus on someone who is most scummy to me. The problem in that on first day the line between major and minor mistake is pretty hard to describe.

FluffyBinLaden: If you were the doctor and were about to be lynched, would you roleclaim, or would you try to evade death in some other way?

Well, Deathsword, I would attempt to evade death in some other way. Roleclaiming seems to me to be a rather dangerous thing when there's scum around. I also like being a private citizen, my profession is nobody's business.

So, why should I believe you ain't scum, boy?

Boltur: Because we're new means you'll find a scum? For shame. Why, do you think Deathsword's inexperience will betray him?

Boltur: I bit off more than I can chew with being in 3 games at once.

Deathsword: Nope!

Fluffy: Why did you vote Deathsword?

Wait, you are voing me over a single RVS question? Are you serious?

How can you be so sure I am scum, and why do you seem to be so determined to convince Boltur I am scum when you haven't even stated any evidence of my "scummyness".

Also, if any part of your post was a joke/sarcasm, please state it instead of letting us figure it out.

Uh, we're all less likely because we don't have as much as experience. I don't understand your reasoning behind asking these questions.
No, not all reasons are equal but I guess I read it as if you were saying that jumping on a bandwagon was bad regardless of the reason

Fluffy: Is your vote sarcastic or are you really angry that he voted you?
Hapah: What is your reason for Deathsword if you aren't even asking him a question?

Any person who is in charge: Can we get a vote count?

Uh, I didn't vote him, I only asked him a question. In fact, if you read all the posts, you'll see no one voted him.

Deathsword: Jumping on after careful examination of posts, determining who deserves your vote. Not HURR DURR ME TOO.
Deathsword, going on the offensive a bit. Please, tell me the reason.
