Multiplayer Civilization

Hello fellow bay 12ers, recently I've been playing a lot of Civ2.
I've been trying to get my friends to play with me multiplayer, but they are more the twitchy FPS types.
So, I thought I would turn to YOU guys.
Would anyone be interested in Civ2 multiplayer?
Obviously this would take a while, but I think it would be fun.

In the past I woulda been up for this..

However I've probably played upwards of 800 hours of various civ games and am so utterly burned out that I have no interest.

Yeah, I usually take large breaks from Civ every once in a while.

i don't have civ 2 but love to play civ3 or freeciv, think i even have a copy of Alpha centauri somewhere...

I would be up for that. I don't have Alien Crossfire though...
