(These are the best rolls I've EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! Even when I'm playing warhammer, I never get such good rolls consistently. Also, when do our stats come into play?)

Jonny took a close look at the body. ''I think it's nice and dead this time.'' He said to Sera as she... poked away. (What is she? A child? :P) ''Right, I think it's time to- What the?'' Jonny felt the top of his head. ''Oh yeah... no hair. They'd better have something that can bring hair back... and fixing limbs...'' He added, looking at Belnor's foot and McClay's arm.

''I'll take point.'' Jonny states, since the two guys were injured, and like hell he was going to let a girl become the meatshield. He warily moves down the corridor.

Your stats already have been coming into play.  The fact that you weren't able to dodge his punches, his ability to dodge bullets, those were all based on stats.

Also, is your action chauvinistic or a case of chivalry?  I can't tell.

Jonny obviously just wants to find the item first.

It's not like it matters, if one of you finds it, you all find it.  This is a team challenge.

(chivalry. That, and seeing someone poke the corpse does not make you put faith in them being in the front. :P)

Also, I JUST realized this, but that dude shot a monster's head off...

With a .22

Whoa.

Well, it was just a dude with tentacle arms.  A few properly placed bullets may be able to pop a head off.

But, dude, I've used .22's often. Sure, it's definitely lethal, but...

Damn. Maybe a souped-up thirty-ought-six, (And even then I have no clue how it'd happen), but...Shit. A .22?

Badass, though. Very badass.

"Hrmm..." Krokus took the opportunity to drop to a crouch as he pondered the question.
'Thin and flimsy... Made from something big... Keeping track of thoughts? That last bit rules out a bow. Let's see...'

It took him a while to get there, having not used the stuff a lot in the last few years of his life in the real world, but eventually he nodded, grunted and said, "Paper?" Raising a bushy eyebrow at the creature.
What the thing had said rankled with him a bit, but it was true, he was aching a little. If this was a dream, it was a strenuous one.

>Answer riddle with "Paper". Stand by to see how the creature reacts.

Turn 9

Quote from: Everyone But Yoink
You look for the truck

And you find it, now that you have no resistance. ((You weren't supposed to find him on your first turn, but oh well.  He was pretty dangerous anyway.))

A voice booms out, "Congratulations!  You have completed your first challenge!  Every single one of you will be awarded 500 credits for your win.  Oustanding mention to: Jonny!  For doing the most damage, and landing the final kill!  You get an extra 100 credits!"

You are blinded by... something, and you all find yourselves back at rooms, completely healed of all injuries.  Thankfully, because of the speed at which the challenge was completed, Mcclays arm can be reattached!  Don't think you'll be so lucky next time, however....

The beast looks at you gruffly and says, "Correct.  Now, for the next riddle:

Sometimes I am a little creature that lives in your house

Other times I help you find and select.

When I am a creature I am alive

When I help you I live through you.

What am I?"

((I think this one is a bit easier than the last, but both are pretty easy, so meh.))

Mcclay goes and signs up for a solo challenge. He then buys a shortsword to pair with his pistol.
