So because I secretly hate humanity and want everyone to suffer excruciatingly while I cackle like a madman I thought I should share the news. I just learned that for some Armokforsaken reason the creator of I Wanna Be The Guy thought it would be a swell idea to make a sequel (or a side story haaah Japanese'd!) called I Wanna Be The Guy: Gaiden.

I have seen some videos of it on the tubes, amongst others TB fake raging at it, but I have yet to try it myself :p It looks just as unfair and trial and errorish as the first one though so if you happen to hate yourself, give it a go.

It's the third time today I stumbled onto this game from different sources. o_0

How do I pass this part?

I try double-jumping from the yellow ledge to the left, but juuuust cannot hook onto the red ledge to the right without dying to the fish. After dying what feels like seven hundred times I began to get a feeling that's not the path I'm supposed to take...

[Baneling]

Jump from the second highest point. Grapple onto that blue thing(it's a spotlight). Grapple to the side of the barrels and hop up.

EDIT: The spotlight will start falling when you grapple it, so jump as soon as you reach the end of the grapple swing.

Did that. Now I'm hanging from the underside of the platform... or rather I'm dead.

Also, what's the most efficient way to kill him? I usually try to kill him with a fully charged shot, but it hits only on like 15th try.

Welp, its best just to get him as you can, there is nothing going to kill you for a while. Go to the top of the 'hills' and drop down shooting him with a second hold shot (at least) bigger has higher chance at hitting him from a higher release but also a higher chance of hitting that barrel in front of him on a lower release...

Also to note, due to having more time to time your grapple after removing the annoying helis, Go for a LONG wider swing cause if you do so on a single jump you get a double jump on the exit and that can get you over the barrel. When you do, stand on top of Barrel and charge all the way to get the next guy, then prep a shot cause in the window to the far right a sniper will appear and will always aim directly at you... After that its dodging barrels and spike before reaching the top to face that map's boss...

Anothing hint when you get there. You have a Grapple. Think Zelda games...
