I looked at the wiki and found that children can grow up to be prisoners...

I don't see the entry in either the children page or prison, so which wiki page says so? It might just mean that they can grow from child to adult while imprisoned.

He is referring to one of the possible screenshots on the main page.  I think it's from an older version and isn't possible anymore.
