PTW, this looks very intresting.

hehe I never do that, cause I check the fourm almost hourly.

But it's nicer to have someone say
"Hey man awsome mod, Posting to Watch!"

rather then sit there a go
"Does anyone like this mod?"

cause of silently hitting that notify button :P

Anyways back on track:
I think the simpiler nobles/compacted ones is a good idea. I hate having this noble for this and a noble for that, I'd rather have one noble to a bunch of things.
Oh and btw make sure the noble that trades (Broker) is by himself, the wiki and my tests show that if some noble other then the out post liasion has a trade job and others, they will come during caravans for export agreements (talk about getting asked the same thing twice)

i know i could do notify, but i rather PTW  :P this seems great. maybe make it so guns and ammo can only be bought from caravans from a small private group who hid in bunkers or whatever. love the colors and the simplicity.

So far it's just Tilesets so just drop em in <df directory>\data\art

then you have to edit the "init.txt" to use the new sets. and "color.txt" and a simple copy/paste of your desired color scheme over the vanilla one

and tada, new tileset. Unless Vherid updated without me knowing :P

df_34_11_win_regen\data\art
Drop the img files here

df_34_11_win_regen\data\init
init.txt in here is where you will pick the new tilesets
[FONT:xxxx]
[FULLFONT:xxxx]

replace xxxx with the full filename of the tileset and exstension so "vherSOVG1x2.png"

after that for color sets open colors.txt (same foulder)
and copy the desired color values over the old ones.

Sorry about not really having anything out still despite that I wanted to, and said I should have, I've been busy making some album artwork for a friend's band, but I've played around with the ranks a little bit in terms of leadership, it should be Premier(Monarch), Director(Baron/count/duke), Chairman(Mayor), and then whatever i want to call the expedition leader. General is now marshall, and Lieutenant, and captain stay the same. I'm gonna go about blending some positions now and playing about with what ranks should control what amounts of troops, and etc. Try to get some other flavor changes out and then I might release something to play with I suppose.

just got back to the forum after i fiddled with it for a half hour and played with it the texturepack. its awesome but its kinda small, but that might just be my overly wide laptop screen, and the other issue is that there is no blue. i know this is on purpose, but it makes it annoying when handling fishing people and water in general(the ocean looks like a sea of nothingness). still pretty awesome, gonna be great, hell, this might make me actually stay active on here.

OFF TOPIC:
name of the band? can we hear a sample?

If it's small why not use the 2x version? I'm going to tweak some colors but I probably won't have blue.
