Never tried breaching an aquifer.  I did an aquifer fort early on in the .31 days.  Flooded the entire fort out looking for it.  Never tried it again.

Never did a glacial or desert embark. 

Barely scratched (heh) cotton candy mining.  One of the few times I did, I accidentally open the circus.

Never found a candy sword. 

Nor attempted to breach SMR to look for one.

Never tried a pump stack or magma piston, but I don't mind digging all the way down to find magma to start with.

I have had plenty of !!fun!! without needing to tempt fate too badly, so a lot of the more risky/dangerous things I haven't really attempted.

Heh, you people need to be more daring.     I've tested much of what fortress mode has to offer.  Mostly haven't used danger rooms or set up elaborate trap systems (crushing walls and cage/weapon trap spam is good enough for me).  I've built a pump stack and powered it with a series of water reactors before, but I generally prefer to avoid too many projects that require power because they take a lot of work.  So I haven't used rollers for minecarts and used dwarf power instead to get them back uphill.  Haven't really  breached the HFS (except in a world genned with the LNP world gen parameters, but that turns the clowns off so doesn't fully count), but I have extracted and used the candy.  Haven't bothered with a vampirification well, but vampires are pretty inefficient so I see little need.

In adventure mode, I have infiltrated a necrotower or become a vampire yet.  I usually stick with dwarf mode though, much of the promise of adventure mode hasn't been realized yet.

I'm sure there's a lot more, but that's all I can think of.  I experimented a lot with my last fort, but there's still a lot for me to learn / see.

I never used DF Therapist (Seriously, its harder to use then the basic DF interface.)

I dont use minecarts, though I hope to rectify this soon, within a dwarven year.
I Avoid a industry or too, mostl the un-interesting farmig ones. Glazing. Beekeeping. milker. shearer.
Web-traps scare me.
Keep magma down below, gennerally use water for my nefarious purposes. Call me lazy, But its more easily moved where you want it. (may change this soon, plan on replacing water trap with magma)

I've never bothered with dwarven computing or advanced trap/machine design.
I've yet to actually use minecarts besides automated corpse dumping in an evil region
Still haven't gotten beyond a barony in all this time.
Never dyed anything, ever, or bothered with much industry besides farming, furniture, basic clothing and metal production.

Hells no. The elven torture chamber suggests otherwise. I've delcared war on a elven civ, after (well, mostly after) checking them out in legends and discovering there destrction of a fellow dwarven civ. REVENGE.

And I've opened the circus, just not the ones with giant fortresses guarding them. They're pretty rare, I don't go out of my way to find them, and I probably wouldn't notice if I did have one.
