Yeah, Still exited about this either way. We REALLY need a charismatic or determined hero on the team though. I don't think we'd want to fail the spot checks here

Dedicated was my second option, but I chose Smart on mine thinking the rest would be different.

There are 3 smart heroes in the team.

Yeah, I'd recommend swapping out one of the smarts for a dedicated or charismatic hero if possible Dwarm. Odds are we'll be rolling a fair few CHA checks as well.

Also, I don't think Maniac is actually going to be involved in the dungeon diving part of missions themselves. He opted for an Entrepreneur character. Doesn't mean he won't get in danger...but he's playing a non-combatant by nature.
