Getting the save, I will start tonight. I have a four day weekend because my school is doing an auction to raise money. I'll probably be done by Friday at the latest. If it's not done by Friday, then you'll have to wait until Sunday afternoon, because I'll be on a BSA campout.

Can someone please tell me how to change the tileset? Because looking at the funny walls and things is going to drive me insane. Whenever I try to replace the raws, it tells me I'm missing a definition for FULL_PLATE, or something like that. When I use the LNP switcher, it says I'm missing a definition for creature ROCK_CRAB. Please help!

Here is how I went about it:
- I already had DF installed with a tileset, key config and all.
- I took the safe and extracted it in the correct folder
- I ran DF, loaded GateIvory and all was good.

There was no need to convert the save using LNP or anything.
Maybe try putting up a new DF install from LNP, set your tileset, and then extract the save and start playing.

OH! I just remembered one other important thing. my raws are uh... modified. they are modified not to generate any man-like or giant variants of any creatures added in 34.xx. does this put anyone off the game? if so, I completely understand. its still got giant eagles, and giant tigers, lions, jaguar, etc etc etc. and the usual stuff with no smaller variant like the GDS are still in of course. I appreciate the work toady put into them, but I dont like catching them in my traps.
The save is modded so you can't use the LNP.
The LNP does a complete replacement of the raw files and does not merge in mods so you will get errors like this.
When I use the LNP switcher, it says I'm missing a definition for creature ROCK_CRAB.
You have to change the tileset by hand on a modded game making sure to preserve the mods when you do it.

If needed I could provide the full DF folder, including the tileset, the save and dwarf therapist.

again, im sorry about the mod. my fault completely. that error only comes up when you try to convert with LNP.

got a PM from frontestro, he has requested that I push him down the list.
