Black Mesa is the only game to get greenlighted on Steam?!

What do you mean there's other games?

It amuses me that I think at least four of those 20 games are really unworthy of this, and lots of good looking games were passed up.

Is it a bad thing that I smiled at Yogventures being last on that list?

Yes, because it shouldn't be there at all.

Not a smile of approval, a smile of seeing how far it didn't get in comparison to some better games.

(A general comment to those wondering why <insert title here> isn't in the top 10...  All but ten titles are going to "not be in the top ten", and so unless your own top-ten is perfectly aligned with the multi-headed communal zeitgeist that comes from mashing together the opinions of the legions of people involved in rating such a thing, you're going to find something not represented there that 'should be' or there but 'should not'.  Sorry, just an observation, which applies to so many areas of life where people are surprised at similar things...  Any tongues encased firmly in cheeks, excepted.)

I share Akylon's sentiment toward Yogventures.

A day or so late, but the first game of the first ten games to be greenlit on steam has been released to the store, McPixel. Steam is also going to be greenlighting the next batch of games in the next week or so.
