Also Osir, I doubt you really own all those regiments now. They faught each other and burnt and were disbanded. You probably don't even have a personal guard.

Meanwhile, in the Haegar camp...

[1+1] While Osir is giving out orders, he sees a band of Haegars entering the tent, with Strigurd at their head. Before he can ask what's happening, he hears his bodyguard shouting something behind him, and all goes black. It would seem that the troops did not appreciate the defeat. However, some of Osir's men (namely, his own personal forces) choose to remain loyal to him, which causes the situation to deteriorate quickly.

I don't know if that includes all the troops I gained when I defeated the jarl, or it only means my personal guard.

I find it highly unlikely that a band of Haegar warriors would have been left free to roam around.

Not to complain Shoot, but...i never had a Merc Cavalry Regiment. I briefly wanted to buy one but then we figured out that i completely misunderstood a bit of the income system and actually am somewhere between 7 and 12 Ducats debt. Thus i never hired them. I think Ardas retconned it, although i am not sure :/

Except we suddenly have Merc Cavalry from another player...
