Full Name : Lucian Wang

Bio :Lucian's mother was a pore woman and could not afford to raise a son and still be able to feed herself so Lucian was abandoned at the age of 5 and left to fend for himself on the streets. Half starved and becoming increasingly desperate he turned to the only choice he had left, he started small stealing little pieces of bread or fruit from stalls when the vendors where not looking.
Over time he realized that he was good at this and became increasingly confident in his abilities to the point where he would openly talk with the vendor's while slipping food or small trinkets up his sleeve. One day at the age of 11 tired and hungry Lucian attempted to steal a few pieces of meat but half delirious from hunger he stumbled in the process and the vendor noticed what he was doing. Lucian snatched the meat and ran into the back alleys of the town as fast as he could but the vendor caught up with him soon after.
Afraid for he's life and knowing that he was likely going to have he's hand cut off for attempted theft he reacted desperately and lunged for the vendor.
Catching him in the stomach with the full force of he's frail body the vendor was thrown off balance fell backwards cracking he's head on a stone wall and dropping to the floor in a heap with blood and brain mater streaked down the wall. This left Lucian in an even worse position having now killed a man and terrified of what would happen to him if he was caught he quickly snatched the money that was on the vendors body and ran hiding for several days to thirst and hunger forced him back out onto the streets.
It was then that he came to understand just how easy it truly was to kill a man and after years of torment and neglect by the people he saw every day he felt no remorse for what he had done.
Soon after a man approached Lucian and told him that he knew what Lucian had done. Afraid of what would happen to him he attempted to attack the man but being prepared for this the stranger deftly side stepped Lucian's lunge and quickly raised he's hands to halt any more attacks.
Then he made an offer which changed Lucian's life forever.
He offered a small bag of money if he was willing to remove the vendor of a local wine stall for good. Tired of sleeping on the streets and stealing scraps to stay alive he accepted the job and from this day on Lucian had a new life a better life, two days later Lucian cornered the vendor in an alley shortly after dark and bludgeoned him to death with a piece of a broken tile.
From then on the whispers soon began spreading that there was a young man ready to " Remove " anybody if the price was right and he quickly amassed a small fortune playing on the greed, anger and jealousy of the people around him.
Finally able to afford a small room to sleep in with a bed and a fire place for warmth he swore he would never again be thrown back onto the streets but he could never truly forget that hundreds more like him were still abandoned on the street ignored and shunned by everybody. He devoted a portion of he's money to a set of daggers and a bow, he trained zealously with them and as he's skill improved so to did the difficulty of the targets he accepted.
Remembering the desperation he felt alone on the streets growing up he regularly walked the streets giving money or food to those who had been unable to escape from there terrible lives.
Until this very day Lucian has continued this life and in the years since that first fateful kill he has become a far more lethal killer and so it came to pass that walking the street one fateful day a plan came together in he's mind. He had never forgotten he's harsh life living on the streets but he knew that it had shaped him and made him harder and stronger. He realized if 1 man could make as much money as he could what could 5 men do? Or 10 men. There was a huge poll of recruits waiting on the streets desperate for a way out of there hellish lives and he decided he would offer them the same chance he himself earned in a dark alley and lift them out of there lives of desperation and so this is where Lucian's story begins.
Lucian is half Selenid on hes fathers side which cause's some to distrust or hate him but he never knew he's father and has nothing but he's last name. He does not talk or act in the manor of the Selenid people and so very few people can tell that he shares their blood.

Traits or resources : Street bred +1 to recruiting those who live on the streets , Marksmanship +1 , Masterwork bow.

Starting location : Stormstead.

Goal : Build the first assassins cadre and lift those who have been thrown aside and abandoned up out of the gutter and give them a new life with a safe place to belong and the strength to provide for themselves.

I'm pretty okay with this, myself.  Stealth was a good skill choice, I'll need to think how to work 'street bred'.  I might work it akin to diplomacy but with a class restriction, or it might work like the 'Popular Hero' trait adwarf's character Trent got.
