I think I remember adult worgs having 3/3 (+1 attack) as stats when faced as enemies, but I can't say it applies to an ally.

Vassal skirmishes aren't civil war, since no one is underming the authority of the crown. From a legal point of view, an armed spat between vassals is no different from a fistfight between two people and king can freely administer justice here. Remember, no Habeas Corpus!

BTW, I've skipped to the feast myslef, but I'm open to anything before or after. Edgard is in his residence in capital, doing bookkeeping for king and administration. Since there is no Chancellor, Edgard unoffically took on diplomacy role too, as proven with his Arendalis match.
