Well, if it raises my character's hp to, let's say, 6/6, how would damage be distributed? Could it alternate so damage would go first to the worg then to the character, since when fighting together they expose themselves around? That way, the worg would only die when my character's+worg hp reached 1.

Full name: Talinth Dalach
Description: Knight in his late teens, with a long black hair and hazel eyes showing a mix of gold and amber. His movements seem natural and fluid even while wearing armor, showing more similarities to that of thieves, spies and assassins than to the stern and disciplined gait of most knights. Almost always by his side, his companion worg is a -very- large omen of death to anyone who tries to attack Talinth.
Both his sets of armor also seems padded in several locations with thick patches of worg fur, which muffle some of the clanking of metal, replacing it with a soft shuffle.
Bio:
His house is dedicated to the arts of armor and weaponsmithing, having once been part of people sold to the kingdom as slaves, but having already established themselves for centuries as a family of smiths, their occupation before being captured and deprived of their original possessions. Sold by Haegar to low nobility of the extreme north, they started a uprising, taking the land as their own and killing or expelling their original owners. Gaining their small strip of land northwest, near the cold lands of the tundra, the Dalach can be seen as secluded, with their relations with the main trade centers being timid.
As time passed, they developed a deep respect for the wilderness and for the few packs of worgs that inhabited the nearby lands, a respect which they believed to be mutual, creating a small particular culture inside their lands that was an amalgam of old traditions of their lands and newly-created ones, such as armor being worn even while not needed and establishing a friendly relationship with the giant wolves, much like the Haegar. During the War of the Hounds, they had their first real taste of freedom, being granted ownership of the lands they lived and forgiveness for their uprising, being turned into small-time nobles and knights, quickly forgotten after the war was over.
Although artisans of refined skills and crafters of high-quality armor and weapons, their production is slow due to their search for perfection in each piece, and the competition harsh...with families which are older and more traditional to the region engaging in several activities to hinder their business. Having in mind that they despise the acquisition of slaves due to their past and they are bound to a family of middlemen (the Hoarchers) which unbeknownst to them steals their praise and cheats during the distribution of profit (selling their wares under their own name), the Dalach family grows closer to unprecedented poverty beyond their current sorry state, a matter only aggravated by the occasional incursion of enemies and ruffians.
Talinth, one of the youngest members of the latest generation to be considered an adept smith, thought it was about time to break free from the oppression of the nearby "middlemen" and the problems that they brought. Partly self-taught as any smith from his family is expected to be, he has a fluid, natural fighting style that ranges from what could be compared to a dance to a simple series of movements without any wasted energy, honed to strike true with minimal effort.
Even if he hasn't proven himself in the battlefield nor taken a single life, his skills are outstanding in comparison to common soldiery and he carries both armor and weapons forged by him with the techniques passed down by his ancestors. Following the young knight is a loyal worg, a companion that has lived a good part of its life by the blacksmith's side.

"I do believe swords are good weapons, but I was also told nobles keep forgetting there is a world of arms aside from them. My grandfather said that they always lug large swords around to feel better about themselves."

-An adult Worg, used as both mount and bodyguard. It has a deep bond to Talinth, and they both seem to fight perfectly as a team as well as understand each other to an extent. It has a name (Sahainn), but it is rarely mentioned by the knight, probably because the wolf only accepts him as his owner.
