2)A commander of a regiment should be much older if he truly got it with talent and not nobility, as Ghaz said. Early thirties minimum, and even that's very young.

And I must ask you - what are your plans with this character?

Plans - The general plan is to protect the lands from the Haegar threat, and when the time comes (As we all know it will) participate in the war against Haegar. I intend my troops to act like advance scouts and such delving into enemy lines to scout out the number of foes, increasing the amount of troops under my control, and making them into the most Elite of units is also a goal of mine. Rising the command chain all the while if I must to accomplish said goals.

Isn't someone going up to talk to the haegars? He could be one of those regiments that go with them.

Its editable by everyone, but I may change that to prevent any vandalism or tampering. Besides, its only mine and royal monies that are listed, I'm not keeping anyone else's accounts. Everyone else is just census data. It would be a good idea if everyone just copied that spreadsheet and opened up their own on their computers, for your own account keeping. Mind you, only the figures in the google doc are the official state of the economy, so watch out for any changes that I will add.
