I posted the season change so things would actually move on in the IC thread. If you have any upgrades/training you wanted done in summer, post them here before the end of the week and they'll all be taken into account.

Also, updated my common power to 4, thinking the Commoner Loyalty +1 means Power.

I wonder if noble slots are opening up for other players due to our...losses.

Recruiting a regiment takes a season. Upgrading one takes a season. Recruiting an upgraded regiment takes two seasons.

I rolled for each part of Windheath (South, West, North and East - in that order). There were four regiments in the East and the North, were the population is the highest (the North was less hurt by the War of the Hounds, and the East is home to most cities), and three from the west and south. A bad roll meant Richard got troops from them; a good one meant they supported Edgard.

Of course, those are not the only troops; I included Edgard's forces in his count, and the Windheath army in Richard's - the rolls on secrecy and loyalty were both critfails, so Richard moved in silent and convince all the officers to join his side without people in Stormstead noticing (if the secrecy roll had been better, at least one regiment would have stayed in Stormstead, but since there was no opposition to the change of loyalty they all left for Altaregia).
