My bet, good shape it is in.

Also I don't think I have ever seen a run this long in a game this difficult before.  I'm not a major LP connoisseur or anything but I've seen a few and I mean I usually last like fifteen minutes tops before I die.

Well, with part 19 done we are about 25 minutes away from the end of the game.

The game takes 10-12 hours to beat the first time (i googled that months ago), our run is 6 hours 20 minutes in, about 7 hours with the two breaks i took, and we're at the last 2 chapters - which leads me to believe that all "how long is game X" sites are full of shit.

I think so as well. It heavily depends on how skilled you are, and how in a rush you are. The 10-12 hours is a guesstimate for newbish-medium players taking their time (relaively). You, on the somewhat contrary, are mightly skilled and in a hell of a hurry. Hence the near halving of game length.
