So hereby i shall point out, that those 5 extra item slots from chapter 2 till video 4 (where we find a suit with 15 slots) most certainly were the only thing that carried us.
Not to mention the extra 5% damage for flamethrower, javelin gun and force gun. Because we use all three of these all the time.

OH WAIT.

I'm not using DLC weapons (we did use four cutters early on, but it was too powerful) nor powerful suits for exactly the reason to not make it easier due to extra content, but here came Safety Steve bitching about bloody vintage suit.

Maybe i'm wrong here, so feel free to point out that you agree with Safety Steve.

The game would take about 25ish videos to finish at the pace we were going. Hope this helps.

Aka: it's harder and harder, and you're nearer and nearer to DEATH each time. By pseudo-scientifically measuring this near-deathness we hope to guess the point where your health-bar will read zero.

Huh, I'm just kinda basing it off how many updates each session was in Dead Space 1 and extrapolating from there. Or something like that.
