Please dont start the ignoring my posts already...I changed my ruling, i just wont allow strategic resources on start locations. Helps make them slightly rarer anyway, which i wanted. But whatever, 8 it is.

I don't remember anyone starting next to each other in The Original CaW, considering I ran it. Unless you mean Hyper Edition, of course, where everyone murdered each other wholesale.

Oh not the original C@W, but the original Fiefdoms, yes. Cript and Tari. Plus the south continent was very cluttered.

And only 2 players ever fought.
