it wasnt an issue of aiming for it directly Phantom, they just have a moderate Research Cap rank, you missed the line last attempt though not by much

Currently Phantom, theres nothing - Foundation just gives you access, research some spells/summons w/e you want.

I have a question/thought regarding infrastructure.  Inf I allows us to invest to £250/turn base tax (on top of improvements and palace base tax).

Since a lot of newly captured regions have high base tax already, should this count as the 'ground zero' for investment as in the old game (you can invest to an additional +£250 on top of this), or would it balance better to make the infrastructure investment the 'cap' for investing?

e.g. If you capture a region worth £600/turn base tax you cannot improve it until you get higher Infrastructure tech, but a captured region worth £100/turn can have an additional +£150/turn invested into it with Inf I.

What's the point of giving me the Sorcerer Hero upgrade if I can't even buy a regular Sorcerer?

I added it to the units section of the OP and your turn, so that would mean you can. The point we were making was you just put 1200 down and didnt say what for at all, that was the problem

the "there is nothing yet" part was in reference to "((Kinda hard to do when you don't even put up the stuff I can get from these guys in the post.))"

You can get the sorc, he just cant do much yet
