No, I bet you didn't. :P

Speed Edit: Yeah, I tend not to notice things like that.

So I take it for the role playing server we are playing communist simulator 2000? That is to say shared resources, take only what you need, try to contribute at much as you can, private stockpiles are for scrubs type situation?

Well we do have some minor private stockpiles, but the majority of everything is shared.

Ah, so I take it those 21 diamonds I pulled up should be shared around.  :P Well ok...
Anyway I'm assuming we have a portal somewhere already, any hints where I might find it? I would like a blaze rod or two...

Wait, we talking about the RPG server or the tech-heavy server?

Yea, I put them in a chest inside the mining shack I built just east of the farming fields.

There aren't any restrictions on the front page currently, and from some of the ores laying about there must be a portal somewhere, so somebody was using a diamond pick.

So, back to the objectives, with awesome colour codes, quoting forsaken:

-Total of 5 dwellings, each with a furnished living room and bedroom > Done.
-Animal pens for chickens, cows, pigs and sheep with at least 2 of each animal > Done.
-Town Hall > Done.
-A watchtower with a good view of the area > if we can count remu's ship, then yes.
-2 community structures. These can be anything. Warehouses, baths, an inn, whatever you think fits. > we have a bar and a kitchen, done!
-Organize the farmland into irrigated fields. Plant at least 20 blocks worth of food crops in regular irrigated fields away from the river. > Done.

All buildings must be linked with paths to the town hall > Done.

The town hall must have the following:
-Double door entrance > Woops. Still need to be done. Willow wooden doors maybe, to keep the green thematics.
-Meeting room with table/chairs > Where should this go? Separate room, or directly into the hall?
-Town treasury with storage > Done.
-Armory > Some armor stands should be put into the storage and the hall.

The treasury must contain:
-10 stacks of stone/cobblestone > Ok.
-2 stacks of fuel (Coal, charcoal, ash) > Ok.
-At least 20 food per person > We are at least 13 persons, and food is scattered around the city, so I don't really know.

The armory must contain:
-2 weapons of at least stone/flint level > Ok.
-2 full sets of leather or iron armor > Uh, people are taking the stored armors. To be replaced?
-1 bow > Ok.
-1 stack of arrows > I don't know about this one.

These mods are eligible for unlock:

Bibliocraft: Build a library with at least two rooms and a minimum of 32 bookshelves > Done.
Barrels: Build a warehouse with a large amount of storage room > Done.
Craftable Horse Armor: Have a working smeltery and a stable which can accomodate 4 horses > Not done!

-A watchtower with a good view of the area > if we can count remu's ship duck, then yes.

Fixed that for you.

If Remuthra's crowsnest isn't a watch tower than the forge definitely is. You can see for miles from up there.
The thing does have a doubledoor, sort of. There's a couple trapdoors that serve as a barrier.
No idea about meeting room.
Armory just needs decorative stuff. If we need to make more armor we have plenty of cacti.
There's a ton of food in kitchens. I *think* forsaken approved that already.
We had arrows, although someone might've taken them.
We have a stables, it's back behind the library.
Either way, Forsaken already approved us to move on, we're just waiting on him to post the new objectives.

Max: There's a portal in bread's house. Go down to the quarry and go into the blue carpeted room. I don't know if a nether fort has been located.

Yea, I eventually found the portal while wandering around and rest assured a fortress was located. It was a real pain in the backside to find because most of it is buried, but I'm not going to let a little thing like the nine hells stop me! Managed to escape with a blaze rod, put it in the chest at the far end of the stock pile room. Also planted a ton of those creepy purple mushrooms right outside the portal.

On the plus side, there is an ideal spot to kill skeletons in there.

I've been gathering mob drops when I see them. I'm not quite sure how many arrows I've got,  but I know there are a few in my cabin.

Once we get barrels, it might be handy to put several in the warehouse just for food. Depending on if you want good quality food in there, it could quickly become unmanageable.

Just for an example, I made several burgers of the highest quality last night. With thirteen people, it would take 130 stacks of burgers for each person to have 20. Salads or something similar would take 32.5 stacks.

This is assuming each separate food type is added as a full stack, which likely won't happen.
