Okay, I guess my storage building is now the town hall instead. Also, Minecraft's servers seem to be down.

Edit: Well, not quite down, but you can't join servers.

You can use iron now, yes.

People are on because they never logged out.

You won't be able to reliably connect until the multiplayer session server comes back up at mojang.
