   I was having connection issues of a sort last night because of fun fun storm which reminds me I am living in Michigan. Of course the connect I was having an issue with was between my home and the power company.

Last server we had 2 people in quantum armor by day 2, with nobody worrying about anything outside. This time nobody has quantum armor yet

I have realised getting griefed is like getting slapped by a girl.

First you feel the pain and suprise and you want to hit back.
But then you realise what a work of art that red mark on your face is.

   He probably does. Also I will be honest, the only reason I don't have it is because I have not bothered to make it yet. I chose to go down the factorization route because I had not done that yet. After I finish with my plans for runic dust and iron golems I will probably work my way around to IC2 stuff.

The sheer number of iridium plates alone (Iridium plates, by the way, take 4 iridium ingots each now) required for quantum/grav armor is insane. The power cost is incredible.

Not to mention that you have to find iridium in the world as ore first before you can start making it with a matterfab.

   I have over ten iridium ore on me just from rand mining. You get like 1 a chunk or so and i have stripped mined a considerable number of chunks. The biggest barrier for me is IC power because I am currently setup for BC.

Its about 1 iridium every 5 chunks. And yes, it takes a ton of power.

   I only stripped about 54 chunks so far. I guess that adds up though so yeah about 1 every 5 seems right. I probably could have more stripped but I made my age a flat extreme hills so I have about 120 levels to mine through.
