Eh...  Not really.  I just work regularly.

Yep, the resizer works fairly well, but if you have a part of the picture you want, crop it out in Paint.net or such and use it instead (like I have with this one, otherwise the picture would probably just be a whole of of orange blur).

Right now it looks like you shrunk it to avatar size and dropped a grainy filter on it.

Yea, I'll have to play around with it a bit.  Problem I'm finding is that shrinking down the image myself tends to make it grainy anyway, and my imageshack account is giving me issue's with not associating the images I upload with my account, even though I'm signed in, sooo...  Yea, that.  I kind of want most of it.   

Also, just to ask, what's the general consensus on smilies here?  Like = D and stuff like that?  I tend to use a fair amount of those when I'm trying to be polite.

My smiley usage generally increased sevenfold when I am saying something that is/could be interpreted as not very nice.
I like to think it softens the blow of my Sarcasm Stick as it smashes its way through foolish misconceptions to bruise an inflated ego. ...Come to think of it I don't get to use the ol' Snarky Stick too much on these here forums. You guys are all too cool to deserve it.

I'm a firm believer in smilies being perfectly acceptable forms of end-of-sentence punctuation They serve to replace any period, question mark, or exclamation point.
