Post-siege sparring laziness
« on: July 01, 2012, 11:51:38 am »

I've noticed an odd pattern.  My military, who had all been sparring constantly, takes a break after a siege to do individual combat drill and demonstrations.  I've noticed this several times now. Any ideas on why this might be?

Maybe the XP gain between soldiers was uneven enough to make the more now-more-experienced soldiers do demonstrations of their new skill.

I am trying to make chickens lay bees as eggs. So far it only produces a single "Tame Small Creature" when a hen lays bees.
Honestly at the time, I didn't see what could go wrong with crowding 80 military Dwarves into a small room with a necromancer for the purpose of making bacon.
