Alright, calm down now, this is getting near spamming.

And MrWiggles is correct, no ponies.

Daw, man...

Okay, okay.

Well, then, getting right back on topic:

Metal. Because Metalbenders are the coolest. They can be Spiderman, Iron Man, and Wolverine all at once. Can a Firebender do all that? I don't think so.

Surprise, obviously.

Doubles as a really subtle pony reference.

Positronium
An unstable, short lived atom consisting of an electron and a positron (anti-electron). The two then typically annihilate after about 125-140 picoseconds in a flash of 2 or 3 gamma-ray photons.
Di-positronium molecules consisting of 2 positronium atoms (obviously; di = 2) have been created in the lab.

Skipping a few pages of reading so I don't forget to put this in here:

Back in the day, organisms (bacteria and such) metabolized Methane and output Oxygen as a waste product. Oxygen was toxic way back in the day...

Also, Halfnium, because it is an odd element. It is the color purple in pure form.

I kinda wish there was more screaming, but rocks don't hurt so I guess it can't be helped.

Hey, just read about this on Cracked. Positronium is rad! (Pun absolutely intended.)

Halfnium isn't an element...

But hafnium is, and hafnium is... well, metal-colored.

damn you spell checker!!!! Not telling me that halfnium isn't an element :(

Preedit:
Damn you brain! Not clicking on the red squiggly line under "halfnium" to see that it will willingly suggest "hafnium" as a valid word...

Also, that picture is seriously awesome looking! And it seems that my knowledge of weird elements needs to be updated. Need to add that to my todo list for this week >.<  Thankyou Putnam for giving me more stuff to learn! :D

What is the best film?

I'd say 12 Angry Men. But only the 1954 version. Not the 90's one. Or the Russian one. (For the record, why is there a Russian version of a movie about the American Legal System?)

It's a Wonderful Life, old black and white version.

They must think injustice absurd; above all, they must think it startling. They must retain the violence of a virgin astonishment. When the pessimist looks at any infamy, it is to him, after all, only a repetition of the infamy of existence. But the optimist sees injustice as something discordant and unexpected, and it stings him into action.

From oldies: Casablanca

From 90's: Star Trek VI: Undiscovered Country

From modern... nothing worthy yet.

Forrest Gump. Definitely.

As far as newer movies go, uhm... Probably The Hunger Games. Or Drillbit Taylor. (Unless I can nominate an entire series, then The Pirates of The Carribean would be in! Haven't seen the latest one though.)
