No, no, nothing of the sort. The most is you might get some underground moths.

To clarify a bit, the weapon itself is safe. However, it is usually guarded by hostile creatures (unless they wander off the map, which happens fairly often).

jop, go down there, claim it and slay something with it.... just watch out for some occupants who dont like your visit, but i never had to much of a problem with them.

I now feel more intellegent... plus I just broke into hell for the first time but managed to only lose one Dwarf who built the wall on the wrong side. I'm still in 31.25 though. Is this something new for 34.11?
