Servant's Burial Chamber?
« on: June 27, 2012, 06:25:18 am »

So my mayor is now a baroness and requires a servant's burial chamer. I have an area dug out already and a coffin in it, but to whom do I assign it?

You assign it to the baroness.

It's possible that I may have had some kind of brain aneurism.
She has a burial chamber, but needs it to be a tomb. I do this by... putting slabs and statues in it?

See, I thought she wanted tombs for her servants.

I think it's a 'quality level' for the tomb, like modest bedroom/royal bedroom

Yes, for a baroness you need a better tomb. So make a room big enough, and then put coffins, weapon racks, other furniture to improve value, smooth it, engrave it a bit, that sort of thing. Once the room is good enough, you will see the requirements turn white on the nobles screen. I think red means you haven't assigned a room, and yellow is there is a room but it's not good enough.

So pack that room with furniture until she is happy. The tomb is for her. (But if she is about to have a nasty accident, you can unassign the tomb room, and she can get buried in the normal cemetery room.)
