There are 14 new posts. This should illustrate the kind of drama that SS13 causes.
Hey Kaiserr:
Go up to the top of the thread and find you post. Towards the top right of it, there should be a button that says "Edit" with a tiny icon. Click that to change anything in your post. You can change the title of the thread too. Then you can include all your relevant information in the first post and the title. Most forums have something like this, so now you know!
Anyway, for those of you who don't play Space Station 13, it's actually really dwarfy: Everyone is aboard an
incredibly complex space station, and all sorts of things can go wrong. It's almost like being a dwarf in a fortress, really. You can look up the game's wiki to get some ideas. The most popular mode is one where a person designated traitor at the beginning of the game has to fulfill objectives of killing other players, stealing things or sabotaging the station and get out alive.
It's very RP heavy and involved though, so it's probably the, and I do not say this lightly,
single most drama prone game on the internet. Not only are there often altercations between players due to the teamwork-with-traitors nature of the game, admins are subjected to a lot of crap and can potentially cause a lot of crap too. There's even rival builds of the game itself, with arguments and drama going on between developers (the most popular build is run by Something Awful, but we have one as well). Not only that, but some of the admins on the bay12 server have a reputation for being real hardasses.
tl;dr: I don't know exactly what happened, but I'm not surprised at all that some community hates us (or we hate someone, or someone hates anyone else) over something that transpired in regards to Space Station 13. And autistic insults are a pertty common thing to be raised towards moderators in particular. I wouldn't worry too much about it.
