Have our sensor drone visually inspect the ship for signs of damage.  If the reactor isn't found because of damage to the ship, or if we were built without it, is an important detail.

and then yea, look for more systems.

Restore integrity, then replace the reactor.

Also, see what can be salvaged from the drones, and check our electric systems.

Send some drones to pull the reactor back to the main ship and repair it. 
Search our memory for what type of reactor it is, fusion, fission, or antimatter.
If we have spare drones, have them start repairing our structure.

IMO, low power is a bigger issue.

Yes, cannibalise the working parts, we might be able to make another one/two out of all the working bits.

Also while we're at it do an offhand check for mining systems in addition to reactor repair, though we don't necessarily need to reattach it.

Store excess power produced by the reactor.
Search databases for more information, specifically about mining drones and geological survey drones.
Assign the maintenance drones to attempt to reconnect the sensors and other systems to the front two sections and our brain.


I'm thinking we hold off on using the drone parts and scrap metal until we know we can get more raw materials without cannibalizing the ship or more drones.

[how is having 2 unoperational cpu's affecting us?

See if the repair drones can get the reactor functioning where it lies.

Cannibalizing those busted drones should have easily given us 30 meters of wiring.  Since we can't move to the reactor, and we can't move it to us, lets just plug ourselves into it from here.

In order:

Repair all solar panels.
Do any needed repairs and work to power the reactor, then hook into it.
If we have any excess drones that cannot work on either, shut them down to save power.
